We roast our coffee in small batches for every order, allowing us to focus on freshness, quality, and consistency instead of mass production.

Whether you love a bright and flavorful light roast, a smooth and balanced medium roast, or a bold and rich dark roast, there is a Kind Brew roast for you.

We roast our coffee in-house in very small batches, carefully and intentionally. Your coffee isn't sitting around for weeks or months waiting to be purchased.

Freshly roasted coffee needs time to degass after roasting. During roasting, gases — primarily carbon dioxide — build up inside the coffee beans. After roasting, those gases gradually release.

Because different roast levels degas at different rates, we recommend allowing your coffee to rest before judging its peak flavor. The lighter the roast, the longer it may need to rest.

Every bag will include its roast date and a recommended date to begin enjoying it so you know when your coffee is ready at peak flavor.
